CHEESE WAGON CLOTHING
Cheese Wagon is a clothing line established in 2004 by Skely W and Ju. Ju and Skely were two young men trying to find a way to use their creativity as an avenue to escape the street corner lifestyle that already infected their neighborhood. Their goal was to produce a product that was far superior to the cliché urban apparel that was currently being mass distributed throughout the world.
Their mission was to build a clothing brand with a new vision of urban attire that not only catered to the style of the young inner-city, but to everyone in general. To maintain Cheese Wagon’s individuality and stay true to the rawness of their environment the name of the company became Cheese Wagon. Skely and Ju really wanted the name to represent their personal interest and that of the urban community of Brooklyn. The word “cheese,” symbolizes money, while “wagon” came from the 2000 Benz E-Class Wagon that both Skely and Ju admired as teenagers.
Cheese Wagon's style can best be described as Urban-Euro, a combination of Urban and European style with an undeniable Brooklyn twist. Cheese Wagon designs for anyone that wants to be fly and convey a unique style of fashion. Cheese Wagon's signature design “I Luv BK,” has been exploding all over Brooklyn. Who doesn't love Brooklyn? With the trendy design being shown in various media outlets nationwide, in addition to boutiques throughout New York City.
Cheese Wagon is currently sold at The Wagon Boutique, which is located at 1214 Union. Brooklyn, NY 11225. The quality of the brand exceeds what is currently available, and the style speaks for itself. These two young men have created beauty out of adversity, which sets them apart from all others.
